Freja is a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Avomind, based in Berlin. She holds a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Organizational Leadership, giving her a strong understanding of how people, teams, and businesses can grow successfully together.

At Avomind, Freja supports both inbound and outbound recruitment strategies, working closely with management, clients, and candidates throughout the hiring process. Her responsibilities include identifying and directly sourcing talent through platforms such as LinkedIn, Xing, GitHub, and Google X-Ray, as well as screening candidates to assess their experience, motivation, and suitability for a wide range of roles.
