Our client is a fast-growing Swedish fintech company specializing in software and data solutions for investor relations, capital markets, and financial professionals. Through a suite of platforms and tools, the company helps listed businesses, banks, and investors access high-quality shareholder data, regulatory services, and market intelligence solutions.

 

Headquartered in Stockholm, the company has established itself as a leading player in the Nordic financial technology space, serving a growing international customer base with data-driven products focused on transparency, efficiency, and usability. As the business continued to scale, international expansion became a key strategic priority, particularly into the UK market, one of Europe’s most important financial hubs.

CHALLENGE

During a period of rapid growth, the client faced the dual challenge of strengthening its analytical capabilities in Sweden while simultaneously preparing for expansion into the United Kingdom.

 

To support increasing customer demand and the growing complexity of its platform offerings, the company needed to hire highly capable Finance Analysts in Sweden who could work with sophisticated financial datasets, support product development, and contribute to the company’s data-driven approach.
