A globally operating influencer marketing agency headquartered in Düsseldorf, connecting brands with influencers and content creators across international markets. With a team of more than 50 professionals worldwide, the agency supports companies in building digital brand presence, executing influencer-driven campaigns, and scaling audience engagement across social media platforms.

 

The organization operates in the fast-moving marketing and advertising services sector, where success depends heavily on strong relationships with creators, deep platform knowledge, and the ability to execute data-driven campaigns. As the agency continued to grow, strengthening its local Düsseldorf team became a key priority to support client demand and campaign delivery.

CHALLENGE

To support its continued growth and operational needs, the agency sought to hire two key roles in Düsseldorf: a Marketing Manager and an Influencer Relationship Manager. Both positions were critical to maintaining campaign quality, managing brand and creator partnerships, and supporting the execution of international influencer marketing initiatives.

 

The challenge was to identify candidates who combined strong marketing expertise with hands-on experience in influencer ecosystems, content-driven campaigns, and stakeholder management. In addition, the fast-paced and relationship-driven nature of influencer marketing required candidates with excellent communication skills, platform awareness, and the ability to operate in a dynamic agency environment.

Avomind conducted a targeted recruitment process tailored to the influencer marketing and digital advertising landscape. The search focused on identifying candidates with relevant agency or platform experience, strong understanding of social media and creator ecosystems, and the ability to manage both strategic and operational marketing responsibilities.

 

Avomind managed the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and evaluating qualified candidates for both roles. Candidates were assessed based on marketing execution capabilities, influencer and stakeholder management experience, and cultural fit within a fast-paced, growth-oriented agency environment.

 

A curated shortlist of qualified candidates was presented for both positions, enabling the client to move forward efficiently in its hiring process.

OUTCOME

Avomind successfully delivered strong, relevant candidate pipelines for both the Marketing Manager and Influencer Relationship Manager roles, providing the client with qualified talent aligned to its requirements and growth objectives.

 

During the hiring process, the client decided to temporarily place both roles on hold as they progressed with internal candidates. Despite the pause, the engagement ensured the client had immediate access to external talent and a validated recruitment pipeline, supporting future hiring needs and reinforcing a strong talent partnership for upcoming growth.
