A globally operating influencer marketing agency headquartered in Düsseldorf, connecting brands with influencers and content creators across international markets. CHALLENGE
To support its continued growth and operational needs, the agency sought to hire two key roles in Düsseldorf: a Marketing Manager and an Influencer Relationship Manager. Both positions were critical to maintaining campaign quality, managing brand and creator partnerships, and supporting the execution of international influencer marketing initiatives.
The challenge was to identify candidates who combined strong marketing expertise with hands-on experience in influencer ecosystems, content-driven campaigns, and stakeholder management.
