Our client, a prominent global manufacturer specializing in telecommunications hardware, ranging from 5G technology to fiber cables and data networks, operates in Germany and Italy.

CHALLENGE

Facing the demands of a rapidly evolving telecommunications landscape, our client recognized the need to strengthen its position in both engineering and commercial fronts. The challenge was two-fold: expanding the engineering team in Italy to fuel innovation and production, while simultaneously establishing a more robust commercial presence in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland). Avomind was entrusted with the task of hiring senior Business Development professionals to lead commercial efforts and recruiting engineers to contribute to the client's manufacturing excellence in Italy.

SOLUTION

Avomind approached this challenge with a strategic plan tailored to the specific requirements of the client. Understanding the critical nature of these roles, our team engaged in comprehensive discussions with the client to grasp the nuances of their business, technical requirements, and the cultural aspects relevant to the DACH region and Italy. For the commercial expansion in the DACH region, Avomind successfully hired three senior Business Development individuals in Germany and Austria. These professionals brought extensive industry experience and local market knowledge, positioning the client for sustained growth in the commercial sector. Simultaneously, Avomind spearheaded the recruitment of seven highly skilled engineers for the client's production facilities in Italy. Our focus extended beyond technical expertise to include attributes like innovation, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset, aligning with the client's vision for engineering excellence.
