Our client is a leading Swedish technology company specializing in assistive communication solutions designed to empower people with communication and mobility challenges. Through innovative eye-tracking technology, speech-generating devices, and software solutions, the company helps individuals with disabilities communicate more independently and improve their quality of life. The organization has established itself as a global leader within assistive technology and serves customers across more than 65 countries worldwide.

Headquartered in Stockholm, the company has built a strong reputation for combining cutting-edge technology with a mission-driven approach. As demand for assistive communication solutions continued to grow internationally, strengthening its commercial presence in key European markets became an important strategic priority, particularly in Germany, one of the region’s largest healthcare and assistive technology markets.

CHALLENGE

As the company expanded its footprint in the DACH region, it became increasingly important to strengthen its local commercial capabilities in Germany. The client needed a highly qualified Sales Consultant who could engage with healthcare professionals, institutions, clinicians, and end users while effectively representing a technically advanced and highly specialized product portfolio.

The role required a rare combination of skills. Beyond strong sales capabilities, the ideal candidate needed to understand consultative selling within healthcare or assistive technology environments, communicate complex solutions clearly, and build trust with stakeholders operating in sensitive and highly personalized settings.
